PURPOSE AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may ask you for personal data when you take part in a competition, request a service, answer a survey questionnaire or for any other involvement on your part in an activity on our Site.
The data that must be collected is specified at the time of collection, as are the consequences of refusing to provide it.
As part of these activities, we may collect your name, telephone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you. In addition, when you connect to our Site, we collect information about your hardware or software, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit on our Site, your reference and exit pages, and the dates and times of your visits.

SUBJECT AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your data will not be passed on to third parties, apart from the data transfers provided for in article 6 below. We may enter into contracts with other companies for the provision of services. In such cases, we only provide these partners with the data they strictly require to provide their services. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data is kept by The Artist for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in particular for the following periods:
- data relating to the contact form or requests for artwork information: 3 years from the date of the last contact with you;
- data communicated as part of a job application within Richard Prince studio: 2 years from the date of the last contact with the job applicant.
We may retain your data beyond the above-mentioned periods (i) to ensure compliance with legal, accounting and tax retention obligations, (ii) for the preservation of evidence during applicable limitation periods, (iii) for the exercise of The Artist's rights in the event of litigation or legal action (including as a preventive measure) for the entire period of the proceedings or investigation. In all cases, your personal data will be kept for a period of time that complies with the legal provisions in force.
RESPECT FOR YOUR CONSENT
Some processing of personal data may require your consent to be obtained in advance. In accordance with the RGPD, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time and without any justification. You are informed that withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out prior to such withdrawal. Please note that we will retain any personal data we may have collected until your request to withdraw consent has been implemented. The data thus collected will be retained for the duration of the retention period specified in this policy.
